Can't Deposit Components Through Hydrogen Tank

Solved

I used to be able to deposit all components by approaching a hydrogen tank hatch and holding alt and clicking middle mouse button as long as a cargo container was connected to it somehow. I not longer can.

It's not just the hydrogen tank. It stems from a deeper issue. If you put 2 cargo containers together, and the one you interact with is full, you are unable to Alt+MMB into the full one even though the second one has room. It appears to only be checking the interacted container for room instead of the grid.

So I guess we need to consider what about storage blocks was changed in the update? What else changed other than the temporary drop box feature? Will have a read of the change log again...

  • Fixed an issue where a Hydrogen Tank would not fill up when the conveyor connection was built in Survival
  • Fixed an issue where a conveyor line to Hydrogen Tank would not get interrupted even when part of it was ground to construction stage
  • Fixed a crash when deleting a cargo filled with non-stackable items
  • Fixed an issue where hydrogen would not flow through sorters in the oposite way
  • Fixed an issue where large grid Large cargo container conveyor ports would not touch with other connected blocks

These are ones that stick out to me?

This seems to be fixed now with the Hotfix update :)

happy to let you know that this issue was fixed in the last hotfix update and the issue in not present anymore on v204.017.
