Inventory broken (Signal update)
Solved
Following the signal update, the inventory system seems to be entirely broken. No items are showing up(although the inventory grid expands as if the items were there). The inventory mass and volume strings also don't seem to format properly.
I have tested on both old and new worlds, as well as in creative and survival, but the problem persists across all worlds.
After further testing, I discovered that updating the inventory by moving an item into it while the inventory is open will temporarily fix the inventory UI, but only until it's closed again. I only managed to get this using a refinery which constantly updates its inventory, then dragging an item from the refinery into my inventory.

Hello, Sixten Norén,
thank you for letting us know about this problem that you are experiencing.
I have checked multiple games/worlds in single player and in multiplayer, but can not observe the same behavior. As you can see on my image, all inventories are working as they should (I even hope I managed to catch the same as you are showing on you image on the Red Ship v2).
Can you please provide me more information?
Are you observing this problem in all games that you try to play now; single player, multi player?
Are there any mods active on the worlds? Can you please check on completely vanilla (no mods) game?
Please try these general workarounds:
Please let me know if anything from this list worked for you.
If not, can you please share me the affected save, so I can try to load it on my side?
You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.
Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.
Thank you in advance.
Kind Regards

After reading through your suggestions, I realized that I had the plugin loader enabled. After walking through my plugins, I found one installed plugin called Better Inventory Search, which turned out was causing the issue. Disabling it made the inventory work normally again.
Thank you for your assistance!
