Issues uploading mod to workshop with thumbnail

I'm having issues uploading a mod to the workshop. I just get when trying to upload error accessing services. It only happens when I have the thumbnail without the thumbnail it works!

While we were not able to reproduce this issue, as you can see, we have another thread speaking about exactly the same problem:
