When I look in certain directions it is possible for a whole grid of lights to turn of you just certain ones around me depending on where I am looking.

Could you kindly share further information about the issue you have been experiencing?
Has this issue occurred on a vanilla (has no active MODs or Scripts) or in a modded world (has active MODs or Scripts)? If the issue occurred in a modded world, please start a new vanilla world and check if the issue still persists there.
If the issue still occurs, please send us a screen recording/video showing the issue, along with the log files from the time the issue occurred.
