Could you please let us know if you are experiencing issues connecting to only the modded server (which has active MODs) or if the issue persists while connecting to the Keens Official Servers as well? In case the issue persists while connecting to the Keen servers, please check if you have a stable internet connection. If you are using a VPN, kindly disable it and try connecting to the keen servers again. If you still experience the issue, please send us the log file from the time this issue occurred
You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
