Hello, Hriday!

Thank you for writing to us, and we sincerely apologize for the issue you have been experiencing.

Could you please provide additional information regarding the issue you're experiencing?

Do you have any plugins active in your game? If so, we recommend removing/disabling them to see if that resolves the issue.

If the issue persists after removing the plugins or if there were no plugins active to begin with, could you please tell, if this issue began after a recent OS or graphics driver update? Or, if it has been present since you first installed the game? Kindly also check if you have any specific software/drivers for your mouse, are they updated? Also, consider checking/disabling any installed 3rd party software that could interfere with mouse settings.

You can also try the below steps that could resolve this issue;

Verify your game files on Steam

  • Right-click on Space Engineers in Steam Library → Properties → Installed Files → Verify Integrity of Game Files

Delete SpaceEngineers.cfg file

  • It means your game configuration will be deleted
  • You can access your SpaceEngineers.cfg by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.

Delete ShaderCache folder

  • Same access as SpaceEngineers.cfg

After trying the above steps, please check if the issue persists. If it does, kindly send us a screen recording or video showing the issue, along with the log files from when the issue occurred.

  • You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.

Kind Regards,
