peer2peer_ConnectionFailed , timeout
Won't Fix
Hello. i am trying to run a Space engineers server. but for some reason it is not working.
I port forwarded quite a few ports just to make sure but its still not working.
I even tried opening all router ports and disabling firewall to make sure the issue wasnt there. it still didnt work.
basically when i try to join the server, the console gets the "peer2peer_sessionrequest" but doesnt print anything else, just gets a "peer2peer_connectionfailed" after a few seconds.
idk if there is some software that im laking. I installed the softwares from the _commonredis folder to make sure i got the right ones.
will be waiting your reply

Hello, sandro silva,
thank you for reaching our forum with this problem that you are experiencing.
Can you please provide me more information on what exactly is happening on you side, please?
What server are you referring to? Is it the one run through the Dedicated server app for SE on Steam, or are you using any 3rd party providers?
Is the server running on the same machine, some other PC at your home, or somewhere on completely different place?
If you are starting the server through the official Steam app, please make sure you follow all the steps as written in the official guide here:
https://www.spaceengineersgame.com/dedicated-servers/
If you are sure you have everything set up properly and accordingly, but still suffering with this problem, can you please share me the log file from your game?
You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow "\Roaming\SpaceEngineers" for client logs and "\Roaming\SpaceEngineersDedicated" for the logs from the server itself.
Thank you in advance.
Kind Regards
