Event Controller does not trigger actions if turned on below the <= distance to locked target

Setup:

The event controller is looking for the 'Equal to or less than' value of an 'AI Offensive (Combat)' block.


The Problem:

It does not trigger either action group if the lock it attains happens at less than the value specified. It does however trigger the actions if it acquires the lock at a greater range than the specified value and then crosses the distance threshold.


Behaviour:

This does not match the expected behaviour of triggering if the distance to target is less than the specified value when either the Event Controller has just been turned on or the lock has just been acquired.

In this situation the Event Controller behaves as if it is looking for the exact distance, or put another way it is only looking for when the distance equals the specified value.


In addition the Event Controller triggers group 0 when entering the distance threshold, but it does not trigger group 1 when exiting the distance threshold.

It seems that the issue is the same as this one.
