Application Froze While Accessing Inventory

Won't Fix

Apologies about the lack of info, but I can't remember much more beyond "I was accessing the inventory". However, here are the event details and crash log excerpts from that time frame.

thank you for reaching our forum with this problem.

I will switch this thread to Investigating status for the time being. When we will have more information on our side to share with you about this problem, I will get back here and let you know about our findings so far or if there would be any more information/action needed on your side.

However, it might be good idea to share me the logs whole, if possible. Namely I would need the log from the Windows Event Viewer and from the game (named SpaceEngineers_(date)_(time)). It might be more beneficial for us to investigate than only the snippets of the logs that you have enclosed.

Hello engineer,

As we have been unable to reproduce this issue on our end and since this issue is related to an older version of the game, we will be closing this thread for now. However, if you are still experiencing this issue in the latest version of the game, please create a new thread and include the full game crash logs along with the Windows Event Viewer log from the time of the issue/crash. To get the Windows Event Viewer log, please open the Event Viewer (from the start menu, type Event Viewer). In the Event Viewer, go to Windows Logs, Application, and send the top “.NET Runtime” error from Application: SpaceEngineers.exe. (please see attached image).

To do this right, please follow these steps:

1) Select the correct file on the left side (Application)

2) Select first the .NET runtime error from the top (using default ordering)

3) Copy the large bottom text and send it to us.

Please Note: make sure that the info is from the Application: SpaceEngineers.exe

  • You can access your game log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
