Multiplayer chat bug

Hello
If you open the K menu and chat, after you fill a couple pages with text, the (what do you call it)
the slider thingie on the right side of the text? the text will begin jumping back up to something you wrote earlier.
This happens after every line you write or after every line the other parties in that chat write.
It works in faction chat, side chat and chat with every other player individually.
Also it works in multiplayer and single player.
I have the same bug
