AI Blocks consume power while turned off IF AI behaviour is switched on.

I was trying to figure out a drain on a grid that was _entirely_ switched off with just the battery turned on, and it showed a 20kW drain going on. Selecting any of the three ai blocks showed no consumption. Switching off AI behaviour reduced the drain by 10kW each, when looking at the drain on the battery.
I've gone around and tried on a few other grids and in each case, a 10kW drain starts when AI bevhaviour does, regardless of whether the block is powered or not.
