what is it? how? is there any way to restore ?

40+ hours of work instantly gone. its crazy

Even if theres no way to restore i couldn't find anything meaningful in the log file for an explanation.

Hello, bahn sama!

Thank you for writing to us.

We have inspected the logs and noticed multiple entries like this one,

'Info: Trash collector removed grid '73803830394667889:Respawn Planet Pod' with entity id '73803830394667889'

It appears that the trash removal process is quite aggressive in deleting grids. Therefore, we suggest to review the trash removal setting to ensure that it is not too aggressive.

To restore the lost grid, you can do so by going to this save's Backup files and restoring the last save where the lost grid was present.

Please let us know if you can restore the grid back or if you need any further assistance concerning the issue.

Kind regards,

Keen Software House: QA Department

Hi

by the time i logged in friends had been playing on the servers in their bases for 2+ hours so it seems like backup files are gone already.

It was a Grid2869 iirc and just default settings, but my grid wasn't out of power or anything. I can't help but wonder if its not your default settings and instead is the hosting provider (gpotato i believe) 's default settings because it seemed to have very low drill limits amongst other things too.

There's nothing my client stored to 'backup' my base or anything that i could copy paste or what not no ?
