Blueprints no longer work since latest update.

I have been playing for a while and had tunnellers going and other machinery that were working perfectly, since the new update I get a message now saying that whichever blueprint I used is missing a piece I have not unlocked yet, I have every DLC but its saying I am missing something to do with the conveyor system, I cant seem to figure how to sort it.....

Please go to the main menu and enable steam cloud in options/game. Our update disabled this checkbox. If possible, let us know if everything is ok after this action.
