Solved

The Buy Now button results in a Keys Sold Out message from the vendor, for what was supposed to be a limited time offer, not a limited distribution offer. It's supposed to be available until January 5th. It's January 1st and it's not available. Please add more keys to the vendor authorization.

I bought the game on Steam, years ago.

The problem appears to have resolved itself. I previously had the Deluxe Edition. I bought the Ultimate Edition (to get the last two DLCs I didn't have) and suddenly I was able to buy the Anniversary Edition DLC normally, within Steam's purchasing system. Steam was forwarding me to a key buyer before. After switching which edition I had on Steam, it stopped doing that.

Thanks, and you can resolve this support issue. (But maybe look into Steam's odd behavior for people who purchased the game a long time ago.)
