[BUG] Cannons/Missile launcher firing sounds can be cut off by turning the power off.

Hi engineers, i guess its my first time here. So currently playing with guns and sequencers i found you can cancel/stop the sound of a firing gun if you power off the block. (yeah)

The STR (Steps To Reproduce) are very simple:

  1. Pick a weapon. A small autocannon can do the trick.
  2. Having a power source connected to it, toggle the cannon to fire continuously
  3. When you hear the cannon fired successfully, turn off the block.

If you did this, you will hear the final part of the sound wont be played, and it the fire sound will be completely stopped.

Under my reasoning, the sound should be played regardless of the block power status, as long as the weapon was able to fire (the sound should finish normally).

Special notes:

This bug affects most if not all the vanilla weapon blocks the vanilla game offers. Not matter if it comes from a dlc or not. Even the minigun is affected (but vague, almost unnoticiable).

I did make sure my session had no mods, an empty map when i tried this, even when the issue i found on a modded session.
