CTC Turrets continue to rotate after you stop controlling them

This is a problem I've been noticing ever since the release of the Automatons Update, but I don't know how long this has been going on for. Reproducing the problem should be easy, simply control a custom turret, then stop controlling it while still moving the mouse. The turret should continue to rotate at a constant velocity.
