Placing Wheel Suspensions causes an impulse
Behavior: If a Wheel Suspension block is placed on a grid in zero gravity and its wheel spawns with it, the creation of that wheel moves the grid. If the grid is heavy, the grid moves a small but discrete distance, as if it is deliberately being moved to avoid the wheel's placement. However, for very light grids, the movement of the grid (or a bounce back from the wheel being too far away?) can cause the entire grid to be sent spinning or even launched at speed...
Adding a wheel to an existing suspension via the Add Wheel action does not create this same impulse.
Reproduction: Place a single block in space. Now place a wheel suspension on it, preferably a 5x5 wheel suspension for comic effect. Enjoy.
Expected: A grid shouldn't be spontaneously moved by adding a block to it.
