An outdated word in Chinese translation

The refinery 精炼厂 is refinery, that is totally fine, but the basic refinery is still 电弧炉 in the game, which means arc furnace, the old thing from beta test that got removed and replaced by the basic refinery which have the exact same appearance but different performance when refining.
Very easy fix, just replace all arc furnace电弧炉, change them to basic refinery基础精炼厂
