SmallFullBlockLCDPanel MaxScreenRenderDistance only 10

SmallFullBlockLCDPanel has a MaxScreenRenderDistance of only 10.
Where as SmallDiagonalLCDPanel and SmallCurvedLCDPanel has a MaxScreenRenderDistance of 60.
I have the same bug
