unable to join official server, user is already joined

i am attempting to join EOS server EU1 and am getting the error "user has already joined" i have been on the server before

The server was restarted by our admin per my request. I am glad to hear it resolved your issue. For support of our official servers you can also contact admins directly on discord.gg/keenswh.
