Mars Ore Boulders spawning issues

I can't get Mars to spawn in the Ore Boulders like it use to able a year ago. I have tried about 25 new games, Uninstalled the game from by C drive and installing it on my D drive so there was no chance of corruption.

I've tried flying around to find them for about 2 hours each day over 4 days (irl time each).

I fly at a height high enough for decent vision distance but low enough for the boulders to render in.

Occasionally a save will end up having a cluster of about 3-4 boulders somewhere but takes me about 15 mins to find them. Other saves I give up after 20-30 mins of finding nothing and remake a new game.

I am attaching a save that I spent 32 mins trying to find a boulder and couldn't find any.

I have already tried submitting a different save for this as a bug report but because I submitted a save that I found 4 boulders in 17 mins and I had the report labeled as Mars spawning "No Rocks" since there was technically rocks it was written off as not a bug. I was told it was working as intended but even in that situation that is too long to look in my option. Anyways, this save like I said is 32 minutes of looking and still no rocks.
