SUGGESTION: Add one way conveyor tubes

Hi,
I found out how to safe simulation speed:
Whenever a block is searching for a way in a conveyor system to pull or push ore, barren, components the simulation speed is crippled. Such blocks are i.e. refineries, assemblers, generators, vents,...
So I use sorters to make ore, barren and components and even gas only float in one direction.
It would help me if I had one way conveyor tubes.

Gases do NOT follow sorters reliably or expectedly. It's pointless to try as you're effectively just "exploiting" some undefined or poorly handled side effects.
