[1.203.5 AI Basic block bug] aibasic is blocking itself in AI-OFF permanently, video inside

No mods.
How to reproduce:
1. Create an empty world.
2. Place 1 any-terminal-block and set it to Space Pirates.
3. Create a grid with:
- 1 AI Basic Block
- 1 AI Defensive Block
- 1 AI Offensive Block
- 1 power block (reactor)
4. All AI at this moment should be Off.
5. Set AI-On for Offensive block.
6. Wait until it locked the enemy.
7. Set AI for Basic block On and Off.
8. Set AI for Defensive block On.
9. Now Basic block is permanently stucked in "AI-Off" position.
If you skip step 7 - everything goes normal.
How to unlock it:
1. Set AI for Offensive block to On.
