thank you for reaching our forum with the problem that you are facing.
Can you please provide me more information about the issue?
What exactly is going on on your side, please? What do you mean by "can not find the block"?
If this is the first time in Survival mode, are you please sure that you have actually researched/unlocked it in the Progression tab in G-screen? Please see my images about what you should be looking for.
In survival, in order to be able to build blocks further in progression, you need to build at least one block from the category above it. In your case, that would be Basic assembler and some block(s) from the lights category. After that the progression tree would allow you to build the other blocks.
Please let me know if this solved the problem that you are facing, or you need some more assistance.
