Hit and Run Bug! (the Cause of the Blue boxes)

I made a new Report Because i Confirmed The Cause of a Bug i have been getting with Static Grids having a blue box around them when being attacked by the drones with the New Ai blocks. for some reason. The Hit and Run option causes this to appear and i can not remove the Box with F11 menu unless i remove the static Grid Or the Drones, It works fine with the other attack options. And i am not the only one that has this problem.

I hope this is enough info needed, and note the world in question has no mods. so that is not the current problem.
