Cannot make blueprints

When I press Ctrl+b, the blueprint screen opens but there is no new blueprint for the grid I am trying to blueprint.

Can you please share more information with me on this? I have not experience this issue on my side when tried.
Are you experiencing this in one world, or in multiple? Is this issue observable on just one particular grid, or you are not able to blueprint anything at all?
If you are using Steam cloud option, are you sure the cloud is not full? See my image.
Please try to disable the Steam cloud option (in Options -> Game -> Enable Steam cloud) and try to blueprint the grid again.
If the Steam cloud being full is not the issue, can you please provide me more information; when was the last time you were able to blueprint grid, is this happening everywhere in the game (online/single player), does this happen with one (some) grid or all etc.?
It would be also helpful if you can provide a video showing this issue.

Sorry for taking so long to reply. I found a solution on the Steam community thread where someone had a similar problem a few years ago and the solution that worked was to delete the Spaceengineers.cfg file.
