Inconsistent color values rendering across different types of LCD panels

Hello Team!

I have noticed over the years that there is a difference between the LCD/Text panels and non-LCD blocks that have LCDs on them, such as cockpits and buttons.

They do not render color the same despite having the same values set in the terminal.

I am unsure if this results from a difference in textures or something in the code as there is inconsistent use of RGB and HSV values throughout the UI.

I have occasionally looked on and off through the texture files as I tried to figure out if this is a texture issue, but I do not recall if I have found anything and it is bothering me again, so instead of trying to see if I could solve it on my own this time around, I am submitting this ticket.

Both of the blocks provided in these screenshots have the background color set to red, rgb( 255, 0, 0).

The LCD panel renders rgb( 255, 0, 0) as rgb( 254, 15, 15) and the LCD panel on this button block renders rgb( 255, 255, 255) as rgb(193, 0, 0) according to my sampling.

Thank you for your time.
