Game won't open
Won't Fix
I try to play Space Engineers from steam or the short cut on my desktop but instead of the game booting up, steam says its running but its never opening so i can play. I have reinstalled the game ten times, verified the game files on steam but nothing is working.

Can you please provide me more information?
So if I understand it right, the game is not launching at all for you?
Did it work in the past and this issue start to happen just recently, or you are a new player and have this issue right from the very first installation of the game?
Can you please provide me log files? It would be best if you can provide me both logs – one from the game itself and one from Windows event viewer when the game is starting/running.
You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
For the Windows event viewer, there is "how to" that you can find here:

under the "Problem: When the game does not start and does not produce any log file."
Please supply me both of these logs so I can investigate further.
Also if you have any additional information regarding this issue (if it was working before, if there are any steps etc.) please write me that here as well.
