Small gris Event controller are not accesible from front panel
In prev. version game it was, no ?
For example: Old no DLC small grid Sensor is accesible from front.
I have the same bug

As you may have noticed, there is no terminal on the S Grid Event Controller. If a block doesn't have a terminal, it is not intended to be accessible directly. This also applies to the Event Controller in the S Grid.
Since there is nothing bugged/broken, we are closing this thread.
