First of all, can you please try these general workarounds to see if anything gets better on your side? These are:
If nothing would work from these, and you still would be experiencing this issue, can you please send me a log file from the game after you perform these steps? To see if the log would change anyhow so we can continue from there or the game won't start for you even after performing these steps and the log is still the same.
