Cannot load worlds

Hello,
I am unable to load any of my saves. It loads to 95% and the unloads world and presents an error message. I've tried creating new saves without mods, removing some mods, verifying game files, re-installing the game itself, deleting the config file. I uploaded one of my saves onto Steam and one of my friends was able to open it just fine. Attached is the most recent attempt crash log. Any and all help greatly appreciated
