Tire Tracks not showing up on blocks for me but are for my friend

When driving over most terrain the wheels make tracks in the ground as they should, however when going over blocks, the effect dissapears completely for me, but not for my friend.
Im hosting the server so even if it was a server issue it would make more sense for it to not show up for my friend and we both have the exact same graphical settings.
I have the same bug
