When mods call DoDamage (Like WeaponCore)
It does no Faction Reputation damage.

Did the world where you experienced this issue have any other active MODs? It is quite possible that the issue may have occurred due to other MODs as well. Could you kindly confirm if the issue persists in the world with this particular MOD only?
