Drop boxes stop appearing for specific players on official server

Drop boxes stop appearing for specific players on official server when the server reboots while there is an active unknown signal for that player.
I also pushed the button on the unknown signals upon reentering the server after the reboot.
Additional reboots do not fix the problem.
I do not know if server admins can fix the problem.
