From the log, I can see that you are using lots of mods and scripts. Please note that we do not provide support for those, only to vanilla game (no mods).
As in log there are various errors connected to mods, I believe that this might be the origin of your issue – using mods that are not updated, or some that can not cope together well or are not properly loaded (wrong order etc.).
Are you experiencing same issue also in new game where there are no mods at all? Can you please try?
If the game would run fine for you without mods, please contact the creator/owner or the mod(s) that are bringing this issue for you, as the creators/owners are responsible for making sure their mods are working fine with the current game version.
If you would experience the issue still also in vanilla game, please provide me more information and new log so I can see what is happening in the game when there are no mods etc.
If you can provide additional information like what exactly is happening, where (when starting the game? in main menu? when playing? playin in single player, in lobby mode, on dedicated server...?), when, if there are any set of steps to reproduce etc. that would help us as well.
