Game not working
Solved
Just bought the game, finished installing and wanted to play but everytime I try to play it says :
"There was an error while loading the world!"
- Fresh install
-No mods
-Never played the game before so I have no related files from the game
It's disappointing as a new player to buy a game and just not work from start.

I am sorry you are experiencing this issue. Can you please delete this folder: type %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming. There will be a folder named SpaceEngineers. Please completely delete it and make sure nothing got left out.
Try to launch it again. If it does not still work, completely uninstall Space Engineers from Steam and again go to the roaming folder and make sure it is completely clear.

I have managed to make it work late last night. After deleting some files, restarting my computer and verifying files via Steam, it downloaded 1 file and it works. I believe the problem had more to do with Steam than the game itself.
