Game Crashing no matter what
Won't Fix
I have tried reinstalling, verifying, installing the net framework stuff again, turning off steam overlay, but no matter what happens when I load into a regular vanilla game with no mods it crashes after reaching 100%. I have not been able to find a work around for this. I will attach the most recent log to this.

thank you for contacting us and I am sorry you are experiencing this issue. I could not find the crash log in the file you sent me but it seems that some grids are being deleted from your game. Have you deleted them and then the game crashed or were you using some mods in this save and now you are trying to launch it without them?
Can you launch any other save file or is it just one? How old is the save file you are trying to launch?
Have you tried to update your windows and your graphics card? If not, please try to update them.
If this did not work, can you please try to launch your game again and wait for it to crash? Then please send me the latest log.
