SLI bug Space Engineers

Solved

I have an issue where I had little to no particle effects in SLI mode. I have fixed this issue by disabling SLI specifically for space engineers. ill include some screenshots as well as a back-and-forth I had on the community page. the reason I'm reporting this is because of the lack of information I could find on this specific bug as most people that have had this bug are from 3+ years ago and the SLI issue was working years ago.

this is how i fixed the bug

"To disable SLI for a SE, open the Nvidia Control Panel and click on “Manage 3D Settings”. You should see SE on your computer. To disable SLI for it, find the game in the list and change the “SLI” setting to “OFF”."

This issue was bugging me for a year, so I'm happy I fixed it and hope this information helps someone in the future!

Screenshots of before and after

before (note these blocks should be smoking, on fire, or have some sort of particle effect)

Hello, engineer!

Thank you for providing the solution. It will undoubtedly assist other players in resolving similar issues.

We were curious to know if, prior to turning off SLI, you were unable to see the particle effects even at Medium or High graphic preset? Additionally, were there any Plugins active in the game or MODs being used in the world when you experienced this issue? Or did it occur in a vanilla world (with no active mods or plugins)?

Kind regards,
