Game won't launch Steam version.

Hello, My game won't launch at all on steam, The steam app will show the game as "Running" hours will count on it, and evne the executable will appear in the task manager, but the game won't lauch at all nothing happens at all. I've searched all accross internet for solutions. so this is my last resort.

Note: the game will work with the dx9-32bit compatibility mode it's the only version that open and works.

Here is all the things i tried.

Deleted the .cfg

Deleted the roaming folder.

Verified files integrity.

Reinstalled the game from scratch.

Tried to launch it on diferent direct x version (11 or 9) by editing the cfg

Reinstalled Steam.

Use windows compatibility on the .exe

Open steam as admin open the .exe as admin.

Reinstalled Net. Framework

Reinstalled Direct X
