Voxel-regenerating shell field

Hello, it would be good to have something to regenerate voxels outside of a zone. It's fine if it fills with stone.

This would be useful for ground bases, where it's easy to vandalize the surroundings and make rover access impossible. As it is, it does not make sense to make permanent bases with parts embedded in the ground.

It would also be useful for lag in general. For example, the Moon's TFCO has massive lag because, since it's close enough, all the deformation craters of ships crashing into it seem to be kept. Another example is a certain station we have, which is the only grid in the area, but keeps the deformation of the nearby asteroids.

Voxels inside a zone should be kept normally.

A tool to fill or regenerate voxels would also be aceptable, maybe it's time to give gravel a use finally.

Maybe give opportunity to fill asteroids using stone?
