Won't Fix

Hello, after every Space Engineers update there is a problem, mostly it's mods, just remove them and that's it. But after the last update the game completely crashed after starting the game and loading the world doesn't show all the DLCs in the menu even though I have them installed, reinstalling the game didn't help either. So I've had enough, I've paid enough money for the game and content, I want it back, it's 48.91 euros, the account number is 107-1488570297/0100

Hi

None of the solutions mentioned helped DLC you still do not appear in the game, specifically these are Warfare 1 and 2, Heavy Industry.To you update them or you have removed them permanently.

Hello,

We apologize that you are still experiencing this issue.

Sometimes DLCs appear once you restart the game and Steam, or restart PC eventually.

Also, see if all DLCs are checked and installed in Steam → Library → Space Engineers → Properties → DLC.

Hello

This procedure didn't help either, I reinstalled the steam client, I reinstalled the game twice and still nothing DLC appears in the game even though they are installed, I don't know what to do to make them work again.

can you please share your log from the time of the crash with me?


You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.

Hello, this is not a crash, after the last update I do not see the DLC Warfare 1 and 2 , Heavy Industry, in the game although steam shows that they are installed. I can't find any entry because I tried to reinstall the game, unfortunately it didn't help.

can you launch the game? If so, then there will be a log in the \Roaming\SpaceEngineers folder. Please share it with me (it is the text document). You said the game completely crashed, what do you mean by that?

Hello, Marek,


thank you for the log. I can see that you are using an older version of Space Engineers. Can you please switch to the newest version which is 202.120 as some of the DLC cannot work on later versions?


Simply right click on Space Engineers in Steam library- click properties- go to betas and then change the version on right side.

the 202 version was a free update. It is named None in the list (at the very top). Hope it helps.
