Assemblers refusing to pull ingots automatically.

I'm 99.995% sure it's a bug at this point, I've checked with people from the discord. An assembler connected to nothing but a small storage container on this grid, powered, doesn't pull the ingots to start crafting things, but crafts normally if fed the ingots manually.

Refineries don't pull stuff to them either - can't play the game with this bug.
