Small ore detector on any keen official server without mod returns range to 25m

This is long term bug:
On any official Keen server, Small Ore detector build by hand, then you set range to 50m, bug returns range to 25m and less, sometimes to 24m.
For reproduce range effect bug, just fly more than 5 km from small grid and return back.
This is not happens on small grid welded by large welder from projection, where is range 50m pre-set on saved blueprint.
