delicated server preventing join, says peer2peer timeout

I am running a server on a third party host, before the hotfix where the chat is fixed it was fine, but now while the server can boot and start properly, and appears in the server list, nobody is able to join it for some reason.
have tried removing all mods before, but to no avail

Upon reviewing the logs for both the vanilla and modded servers, we have found several errors.
Could you kindly send us the world save? Additionally, if it is possible, we would greatly appreciate it if you could also share the log file from the client who was unable to join your server.
