Remote Control block Toolbars have Erroneously Differing ability/lack function-parity with cockpits

A remote control block's toolbar should act just like a cockpit's toolbar but from a distance,
Its meant to be function-identical to normal, direct cockpit control of the vehicle, in all aspects except you being at a different location,
but as the video demonstrates, instead, certain critical functions will allow you to set them up, but it will only be visually so, and will not actually function when you try to use those functions.
