Internal Subgrid teleported outside of ship

I logged in today to see that my frigate's internal subgrid (small grid missile rack) had teleported outside my ship and was floating 250m away from its previous position. Related but separate, my external docking boom subgrid also completely disappeared.
I have attached a screenshot of the subgrid floating outside as well as a blueprint of this ship for your reference in troubleshooting.

I am sorry you are experiencing this issue. The grids were not found on the server you mentioned and neither was your user name. Are the grids still there or are you using another server? Have you experiencing this again?
