Game turns off some world settings on GFN
Won't Fix
Game switches off "Cargo Ships" and "Random Encounters" World Settings when I load the game, I play on Nvidia GForce Now cloud gaming (I wrote to them too)

I am sorry you are experiencing this issue. From what I understand the game works normally when you do not use GForce Now? Can you please try to follow this guide and let me know if it helped: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/support/gamestream/disable-game-optimizations/

sounds like possibly the Modular encounters system mod is installed, this mod disables Cargo ships and Random encounters as the mod itself handles the spawning of both those things.
