Event Controler (small grid) wrong LCD color

From my understanding there are at list 3 colors for the bloc.
Red =off, Green= on, Blue =processing event
Use case :
I want an event controller to trigger only once. For this, I set in the last action to turn off the event controller itself.
Excpeted : The controller is turn off and the lcd of the block turn accordingly Red.
Observe : The controller is turn off BUT the lcd stay light blue instead of turning Red.
