Assemblers and survival kit can craft on idle power

Cant find anyone mentioning this.
Max power for an basic assembler or assembler is 280 or 560 kW, and idle is around ~1 kW. Any power source above that idle power will still be enough to power and craft at full speed. It'll flicker and make "stopping" noises, but will continue to fabricate.
Tested on the 1.202.112 build (PC)
