Connection Issues occurring to servers around 9:40pm EST every day

Hello, I am running on a working and reliable internet connection, but a few days ago the game has started disconnecting from the server I am connected to (Official Dedicated Home US #4 ) and after which I can no longer reconnect until the next morning. I am playing with friends and they can play on the server with no issue, even after I am disconnected.

Could you kindly share further information concerning this issue?

Are you not able to connect to any server after the said time or just US #4 server only?

By any chance, have you scheduled the OS update at the said time every day, or has your antivirus scheduled to scan the device at the said time?

Are you using VPN? If so, could you disable it and check if that resolves this issue?

You can also try to verify the game files on Steam and check if anything changes.

  • Right-click on Space Engineers in Steam Library → Properties → Local Files → Verify Integrity of Game Files

Or, Delete SpaceEngineers.cfg file

  • It means your game configuration will be deleted
  • You can access your SpaceEngineers.cfg by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.

If the issue persists, kindly send us the log file when experiencing this issue.
